On 30 September 2021, the next visit was made to the Samaki Dambae AC, which is located in Andoung Lor Ngeang village, Seda commune, Dombae district, Tbong khmum Province. No construction activities have been started at this AC, in addition, the AC who is supposed to do land back fill of the warehouse foundation, and doing clearance of the access road, these activities have not been done by the AC yet and the reason is due to continuous rainfall for several consecutive days. However, during the visit to the area, the AC chief said that bush clearance for the access road and earth backfill for the foundation of the structure will be done on the 5th October 2021. The slab level of the warehouse will be defined between the project engineer and the AC, so that the building will not get affected by flood.
