On 28 September 2021, on same day, a visit was made to the Stoeung Trang Sen Chey AC, which is located in Angkaul village, Sopheas commune, Stroeung Trang district, KPC. Here the AC does not do earth back fill for the foundation of the warehouse yet due to rainfall for a number of consecutive days. The AC will do earth back fill for the foundation of the warehouse when the access road is dried up with soil bearing capacity could be accessible by the dump trucks. At the site, a preliminary setting out for the 200-tone warehouse was done with the AC and the contractor, and based on this preliminary setting out, the contractor will do final setting out before starting excavation works for the foundation.
