On 9 August 2021, Provincial Project Implementation Unit Takeo (PPIU-TAK) of the CFAVC project conducted the theirs ToT training course to 10 participants as project implementation officers and promoters/commune extension agents with the coordination of ToT training by project consultants (CS2). The purpose of this training is to strengthen the capacity of participants to gain knowledge on biodigester and biogas plant, construction techniques and inspection of construction techniques during and after construction to ensure the construction is standardized according to proper technical standards.

ថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ អង្គភាពអនុវត្តគម្រោងខេត្តតាកែវ (PPIU-TAK) នៃគម្រោងខ្សែច្រវាក់ផលិតកម្មដោយភាតរៈបរិស្ថាន (CFAVC) បានបើកវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលគ្រូបង្គោល​ (វគ្គទី៣) ស្តីពីបច្ចេកទេសត្រួតពិនិត្យការសាងសង់ វិធីសាស្រ្តផ្សព្វផ្សាយឡ និងជីឡជីវឧស្ម័នដល់មន្រ្តីអនុវត្តគម្រោង និងអ្នកផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ដោយមានការសម្របសម្រួលពី ទីប្រឹក្សាគម្រោង CS2 និងមានសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមចំនួន ១០នាក់។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះមានគោលបំណងដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពដល់ភ្នាក់ងារផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងមន្រ្តីអនុវត្តគម្រោងខេត្ត (PPIU) ដើម្បីឱ្យទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹងលើផ្នែកឡ និងជីឡជីវឧស្ម័ន បច្ចេកទេសសាង់សង់ និងការត្រួតពិនិ្យបច្ចេកទេសសាង់សង់ កំឡុងពេលសាងសង់ និងក្រោយពេលសាងសង់ ដើម្បីអោយប្រាកដថាការសាងសង់មានស្តង់ដារតាមបទដ្ឋានបច្ចេកទេសត្រឹមត្រូវ។
