On Tuesday, 3 August2021, the CS1 and CS2 Team of the CFAVC together with the officers of the Provincial Project Implementation Unit (PPIU) Takeo inspected the location of the agricultural cooperative and the location of the warehouse building planned for FY22 for 5 agricultural cooperatives located in Samrong, Prey Kabbas and Tram Kak Districts with the following results as below:

1-    Udom Sorya Agricultural Cooperative, located in Udom Sorya Commune, Tram Kak District (Available land to build a rice warehouse building)

2-    Rumpeak Pen Agricultural Cooperative, located in Udom Sorya Commune, Tram Kak District Request for Extraordinary Meeting to Discuss to find the availability of land for the construction of a rice warehouse building

3-    Tuol Preah Vihear Agricultural Cooperative, located in Ban Kam Commune, Prey Kabbas District (Available land to build a rice warehouse building)

4-    Kanchang Chisor Agricultural Cooperative, located in Sla Commune, Samrong District (in the title deed, size 15m x 68m, but after cutting the right of way it remaining only 10m x 68m, it is too short)

5-    Boeung Amatak Agricultural Cooperative, located in Chom Reap Pen Commune. (Land donated by the commune and district provided as part of land within the reservoir of an irrigation scheme like this is not available)

All Agricultural Cooperatives, also requested to the project should facilitate the concerning land for the construction of warehouse, they requested the project to design according to the size/area of ​​land that the Agricultural Cooperative has, even though the land length and width are not the same size in the designed plan (17m x 25m), but their land size is bigger than the warehouse designed plan. For Boeung Amatak Agricultural Cooperative and Kanchang Chisor, the team asked them to find a new location for warehouse construction to replace them.

១- សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ឧត្តមសូរិយា ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំឧត្តមសូរិយា ស្រុកត្រាំកក់ (មានដីសាងសង់ឃ្លាំងបាន)

២​- សហគមន៍កសិកម្មរំពាក់ពេន ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំឧត្តមសូរិយា ស្រុកត្រាំកក់ សុំពេលប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញដើម្បីពិភាក្សា

     ពីការទិញដីសំរាប់សង់ឃ្លាំងស្រូវចំណី

៣- សហគមន៍កសិកម្មទួលព្រះវិហារ ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំបានកាម ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស (មានដីសាងសង់ឃ្លាំងបាន)

៤- សគមន៍កសិកម្មកញ្ចាងជីសូរ្យ ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំស្លា ស្រុកសំរោង (ក្នុងលិខិតកាន់កាប់មានទំហំ 15m x 68m

     តែដោយកាត់ចំណីផ្លូវចេញនៅសល់ទំហំតែ 10m x 68m វាមានទទឹងខ្លីពេក

៥- សគមន៍កសិកម្មបឹងអមតៈ ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំជំរះពេន (ដីដែលជាអំណោយរបស់ឃុំ និងស្រុកផ្តល់ជូនជាដីអាង

    ទឹក ដូចនេះមិនអាចទទួលយកបានទេ)។

    សហគមន៍កសិកម្មទាំងអស់ក៏បានសំណូមពរមកគម្រោងឲ្យជួយសម្រួលពីបញ្ហាដីសម្រាប់សង់ឃ្លាំងនេះដោយពួកគាត់បានសំណូមពរឲ្យគម្រោងធ្វើការរៀបចំប្លង់ដោយ​គិតទៅតាមផ្ទៃក្រឡាដីដែលសហគមន៍កសិកម្មមានទោះបីជាដីមាន បណ្តោយនិងទទឹងមិនដូច ទំហំក្នុងប្លង់ឃ្លាំង (17m x 25m) ក៏ដោយប៉ុន្តែដីគាត់មានទំហំធំជាងប្លង់របស់គម្រោង។ ចំពោះសហគមន៍កសិកម្មបឹងអមតៈ និងកញ្ចាងជីសូរ្យ ក្រុមការងារបានអោយពួករកទីតាំងថ្មីមកជំនួស។
